Caroline Treuillard

Managing Director of France Immigration, with 20 years of expertise in professional immigration and international mobility.

Caroline Treuillard leads a team of experts covering four areas of expertise: immigration to France, social protection, posting of workers, and international immigration to over 150 countries.

She writes on this blog to give you the keys to the most technical aspects of corporate immigration: grey areas in the regulations, developments that directly affect clients, and compliance situations that do not always have a straightforward answer.

A career built in the field

Holder of a master’s degree in private law and legal translation, Caroline joined France Immigration in 2006 as an immigration specialist, before taking on the role of Managing Director. A career path that allowed her to master the most complex cases before leading the teams that handle them today.

She leads a team of around thirty specialists across four areas of expertise: immigration to France, social protection, posting of workers, and international immigration to over 150 countries.

More than 2,000 cases are handled each year for over 350 active clients, including almost half of the CAC 40 companies.

Co-founder of the EU Posted Workers Alliance

In 2022, Caroline co-founded the EU Posted Workers Alliance: the first network bringing together Europe’s leading posting of workers experts, country by country across Europe.

A unique initiative in Europe to organise and demystify an expertise that is often misunderstood, and to better support companies facing real-world posting of workers situations.
